Where do you work?
I am within the Milan area, though I offer my services throughout Italy and abroad. Based on your needs, we will agree on the number of days to offer you my service.
Who is in charge of the groceries?
I will take care of the groceries myself. I will carefully select only high-quality seasonal products; they will always be fresh products.
How much do I have to pay?
The price varies according to the area, occasion, number of guests and number of courses. When booking, I request a 50% downpayment of the total amount. At the end of the event, the balance will be paid.
Who tidies up the kitchen?
My staff and I will take care of everything: at the end of the service I will rearrange, and I will let you find the kitchen as you gave me.
Can the chef prepare/deliver the menu and leave?
Yes, if you wish to have total privacy for you and your guests, I can prepare the lunch, dinner or appetizer you requested and leave.
How do you decide on the menu?
We, you and me, will work on the menu together, taking into consideration your tastes, your needs and any food allergies or intolerances. Based on the number of your guests, you can choose to have a seated dinner or a buffet service.
What about the equipment?
I will personally carry out a free inspection of your kitchen, a few days before the event if this takes place in the surrounding areas of Milan. I’ll take care of the necessary equipment, lending.
When should I book?
As soon as possible to guarantee that, for the date you have chosen, there is the possibility of doing the service.
On which occasions?
To celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, a special occasion. To surprise those you love. To have a party at your home with your family or friends and enjoy it as if you were a guest. A home chef is always a great idea!
What does the price include?
The price includes the food, always highly selected, seasonal and fresh; the service, preparation and reorganization of everything used. My fee is also included in the menu price.
However, the price does not include any waiters or service staff, the rental of tables, chairs, extra equipment and floral decorations, wines, liquors, drinks and water.
